Conference Information

We were delighted to return to providing an in-person 10th Conference and combine the 1st day this with an online delegate platform and also to offer recordings for those registered but unable to attend live.

The conference continued to build on “Looking after Body and Mind” and we welcomed over 50 delegates from Australia, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and our hosts Ireland, the majority of whom were in person.

The 1st day provided a Keynote presentation from Dr. Tijn van Diemen on “The role of self-efficacy in secondary health conditions” and presentations from award winners Rebecca Eaton (Professor Paul Kennedy Scholarship Award sponsored by Stewarts) and Marion Gounelle (Anette Johansen-Quale Scholarship Award).  All of these are available as recordings:

Congratulations also to Dr. Michelle Cahill and Dr. Maeve Nolan winner of the Linda Hall Best Presentation Award, sponsored by Stewarts and Dr Emma Brennan Runner Up:

Also Linda Hall Best Presentation Winner and Runner Up Pictures

We were delighted to be able to honour and thank Paul Paxton from Stewarts for support of the Conference since its inception and to award Paul honorary lifetime membership of ESPA which was received on his behalf by his colleague Clare Salmon.

It was very special to meet with colleagues for our pre-conference reception, sponsored by Brainworx and to hear Mark Pollock speak at our conference dinner
